Arieler Refund & Return Policy

Because every Arieler set is handcrafted and custom-sized to your exact measurements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products.

However, your happiness matters to us, and if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Refunds / Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only if:

• Your order arrives damaged

• You received the wrong design or size

• There is a mistake on our end

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will either remake the set or issue a refund depending on the situation.

No Refunds For

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

• Change of mind after the order is made

• Normal wear and tear

• Lost or stolen packages (please contact the carrier)

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, work on your custom set may have already started.

Exchanges

Because each set is made specifically for you, exchanges are not available.
